NOTE: WE CHECK EVERY PIECE OF LENSES BEFORE WE DISPATCH, UPON ARRIVAL,
YOU MUST CHECK WHETHER OR NOT THE LENS IS TORN BEFORE OPENING ANY OF THE BLISTER/VIAL!
WE ONLY ACCEPT UNOPENED VIAL/BLISTER IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE FOR ANY TORN CONDITIONED LENSES.
We will gladly resend your torn lenses [must be unopened vial/blister in original package], but you must mail back the lens!
2. We sent out the wrong item(s).
Items must be UNOPENED and sent back in original condition within 14 DAYS from the shipment delivered date.
Otherwise, we are sorry that you have to accept it.
Return the lens to the address on the envelope when you received your lenses.
If you do not send back the wrong item within 14 days from the date of delivery, you will be charged for the second shipment.
We will not accept any returns in any of the following conditions:
1. You have had the lenses in your possession for more than 14 days from the date of shipment delivery.
2. You have opened the lens bottles or boxes.
3. You have torn a lens while trying them on. Lenses are delicate and must be handled carefully.
